FROSTY THE SNOWMAN
This classic animated TV special is a perennial favorite.
First airing in 1967, it is based on a 1950 song sung by cowboy actor Gene Autry.
The storyline features a magic hat that brings a snowman to life, an evil magician who turns good by the story's end, and of course Santa Claus.
